Courses are conducted onsite if a client so desires. Onsite courses are usually held for five or more personnel.
Courses are conducted in accordance with the Recommended Practice of The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) SNT-TC-1A (2006).
All instructors are certified ASNT NDT Level III and ACCP Professional Level III with experience in the Petrochemical, Power Generation, Manufacturing and Aerospace Industries.

Refund Policy
A full refund is given if a registrant cancels at least 14 days before the course start date. A refund of 50% of the course fee will be refunded if your request is made within 14 days of course start date. Please allow up to 30 days after the course end date for your refund to be processed.

Advertised Tutors and Courses
There will be times where the advertised tutor will not to available to run the course. This could be due to sickness, other professional engagements or un-foreseen circumstances. However our replacement tutors are of the same standard as the one advertised.
Changes to course content may occur without notice, primarily this is to benefit the student, with new software, technology and training techniques to mutually benefit a group of students within the time frame of the course and to gain and overall improvement of achieving a better understanding of the subject.
